Refund policy

All Sales Are Final
We’re a small studio and many items are limited-run. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order is placed.

Shipping Damage
We carefully pack every order. Once a parcel is scanned by the carrier, they’re responsible for its safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We’re not liable for postal or carrier damage, but we’re happy to help with supporting documents.

To speed things up, save:

  • Clear photos of the item, all packaging, and the shipping label

  • Your order number and tracking number
    Email us at info@chainsmokingrecords.com and we’ll share any details the carrier requests.

Wrong or Missing Item (Our Mistake)
If we shipped the wrong item or something’s missing, email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package, please contact the carrier to open a trace/claim. We aren’t responsible for packages after carrier delivery scans.

If You've Purchased Package Protection

If you've purchased package protection with your order please email us at info@chainsmokingrecords.com and we will take care of the claims process as well as resolving your issue.

Custom/Digital Items
Gift cards, custom orders, and digital products are non-returnable.
